Had to replace the front rotor myself. So I’m not very happy with customer service. I highly recommend you get it insured.

I already wrote a review, but I forgot to add that the stopping power of the hydraulic brakes is incredible. I feel very safe riding it and being able to stop almost on a dime.

I purchased the Laifook Thunder 48v 50ah E bike about a month ago. It arrived relatively quickly, within the timeframe promised. I have owned six other E bikes before purchasing the thunder. Without a doubt, this is the best E- bike purse purchased so far by me for the following reasons:
1. It is the quietest smoothest bike I have ever owned.
2. The ergonomics referring to the seat and the handlebar placement is extremely comfortable for short or long rides.
3. Even though I weigh over 220 pounds the bike gets up to speed to my satisfaction very quickly. And I’ve been able to reach a speed of 42 mph. I’m sure if I was 150 or 160 pounds I’d be able to go a lot faster.
4. The bike arrived in perfect condition without any marks or scratches.
5. The unboxing and assembly were straightforward and easy to do. I chose not to attach the front fender only because I like the look of it without the fender.
6. Laifook Customer Service has been exceptional and timely.
7. If I could afford to buy the gold one, I would do so without a doubt.
8. The suspension and the extra white tires make the bike so extremely comfortable absorbing any bombs I encountered. I bought it with the intention of only using it as a road bike, not off-road.
I have researched E bikes for years and a combination of quality, range, battery, size, ride, acceleration, and top speed are exactly what I was looking for. I have received nothing but compliments for people when they see it.
I highly recommend a spike to anyone looking for an E bike with excellent handling, range, speed, and comfortability. Thank you, Laifook for putting out such an exceptional product. I had considered the lyric x graffiti and the line of motor goats E bikes and I am so happy with the choice I made. I’ve only put 50 miles on the bike, but so far as I indicated it has been outstanding. The only suggestion I would make is that there be an accessory to carry groceries on the back. I understand the seat is removable and I could attach something but I would also like to carry a second passenger while carrying items. And as I also already recommended to. Laifook I wish it had front turnsignals as well. If anyone would like to contact me for further opinions, I would be glad to share them.

While the torque is a bit light with the top speed and range there not much to complain about. The only issue I had was the rotor for the breaks not being true but that's about it,other then that it's awesome

I own a few other brand Ebikes, but they all have limited range due to batteries with <30 Ah. I wanted to be able to take longer rides without “battery anxiety” and the Laifook Thunder is the perfect bike with its 50Ah battery. With its 60v system, the top speed of ~45mph allows me to maintain speeds of surface street traffic when commuting. The bike is comfortable, but sits a bit low for my height if 5’11” which makes pedaling slightly awkward but it’s designed more as a motorbike and with the large battery, the throttle is sufficient. The stock suspension seems a bit stiff. The shocks may be adjustable, but I will likely replace them with a higher quality product. Overall, it’s a well built and fun bike to ride and I highly recommend it.
